Taylor Logistics serves as the facility operator for MICSF, utilizing the advanced warehouse management system (WMS) called Synapse by Made4Net. Synapse offers robust features designed to enhance operational efficiency, including seamless inventory tracking and management. One of the key benefits of Synapse is the real-time customer portal, accessible from any device, allowing MICSF customers to check inventory levels at any time. Customers can also generate expiration reports and various other reports, which can be sent via Excel or PDF directly to their email at any preferred cadence—whether weekly, daily, or customized to their specific needs.
